...that I had been dreading all week, was last night. Everything went perfectly, though. Phew! A staff member from the soccer association came to make sure everything stayed calm, and to check out the coach. He made some comments to us throughout our conversations that this particular coach has a "reputation" with the association....so that made me feel better. Just knowing that people believed us as opposed to wondering which story to believe, makes me feel a thousand times better. Not only that, but after watching his demeanor during the game, he said he just found him to be too serious and that he appeared to be miserable...which is not who they want as their coaches.
On the flip side, Madison did awesome last night again, scoring 4 goals, two of which she dribbled the ball across the entire playing field to score. It was so cool! We are so proud of our soccer girl. :) The gentleman that was there suggested we move her into the next league up and said he felt she probably could've been one up this season. So next season is definitely something to look forward to! I wish the seasons were longer. She loves it!
