We had family and some of Nathan's closest little buddies over today for a brunch/birthday party in his honor! A friend was generous enough to bring their portable bounce house with her, which was the hit of the party. He's a lucky little boy to have so many wonderful people in his life!

Madison took charge and initiated opening presents. She nominated herself as present-opening- organizer and led the festivities....rather strictly, I might add!

It was a great party and the firetruck cake was WAY too cool-seriously impressive! Madison has completely and totally embraced the big sister role and is going to go so very far in life with her no nonsense, take charge attitude!
Haha, I wonder where she gets that from? Hmmm? Oh my goodness, the cake was too cute and of course we LOVE it. Put our whole flat sheet 2-dimensional cake thing to shame. Looks like birthday boy had so much fun!
