What a simple, yet FUN family activity! We all had a blast, the kids ate more apples this morning than they eat in a week! And we left with more apples than we knew what to do with.

And as it turned out, the apple orchard we went to was also having a huge "Pumpkinpalooza" celebration complete with corn mazes, barrel rides, hayrides and other fun kids activities. Why not get in on the action?

Even though fall is the season that leads us into dark, gray skies for 6 months, it really is a fun and beautiful time of year!

Oooh, I hope we haven't missed the entire apple picking season! Are there any orchards still open? Can't believe how big your kids are now. We'd love to get together soon!
